ll Jaglowski started her career with Securities America as a sales assistant where she acquired her Series 6 and 63 licenses. In 1997, she moved over to Financial West Group where she grew her career inside the RIA from Sales Assistant to Supervisor to Director, while also obtaining her Series 7, 66, and 24 licenses. Jill worked closely with the Chief Compliance Officer overseeing all aspects of this segment of the firm, where she helped develop and monitor on-going policies and procedures along with providing support services to the advisors. As the use of 3rd party money managers grew, Jill supported the sales and marketing to the advisors using money managers and TAMP’s, which included EQIS Capital Management where she served on the Advisory Board in 2016. In January 2019, Jill joined Western International Securities (WIS) as Vice President of Advisory Services where her primary focus was on providing an excellent advisor experience training advisors on the wealth management platforms, programs and services offered through the RIA.
Jill has a BA in Communications and a minor in Art from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, CA, where she was also inducted in the Hall of Fame for women’s soccer.
